Space Strategic Planner
**Key Role**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in military planning at the headquarters-level or higher, including Joint Staff or CCMD
- Experience in the Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Experience with security cooperation programs and their applicability
- Knowledge of national security strategy and military doctrine
- Ability to develop and analyze strategic, operational, and campaign plans
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience in the CCMD area of operations
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and military-specific planning software such as JOPES
- Knowledge of military design and planning
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
- Ability to present component command equities at planning conferences and OPTs
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Military Science or International Affairs
- Completion of Service or Joint Intermediate, or Senior-level Professional Military Education
- Completion of the JFC 200 Authorities Course
- Joint Planner Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
