Together with the city of Berlin and the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe, BVG, we have been operating "BVG Muva" and previously "BerlKönig" over the past years, bringing innovative and demand-based public mobility to the German capital. This year, we will expand BVG Muva to the entire city of Berlin to become one of the largest on-demand public transport projects and open up the entire Zone AB. As a** Fleet Operations Coordinator **you will take care of the daily business of our BVG Muva service in Berlin and ensure that our passengers are transported reliably. You will drive continuous improvements and have unique opportunities to help shape the future of passenger transportation in the region. **What You Will Do**: - Ensure the BVG Muva fleet is maintained in excellent condition by proactively managing day-to-day operations to meet key performance indicators - Coordinate, track, and prioritize maintenance work and vehicle inspection with partners, vendors, and local fleet leads - Communicate real-time status updates and provide visibility into fleet performance internally and externally - Manage stakeholder relations and build strong working relationships with partners, vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders - Be the contact person for our driving personnel and our partners on site in the Berlin depots - Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop scalable processes and tools to increase operating efficiency and performance **Who You Are**: - Reliable and punctual; you are a dependable employee and colleague - A self-starter who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility - Hands-on; you are ready to roll up your sleeves and solve problems as they come - You remain calm under stress and always find the right tone, whether in discussions with the management level of our partners or our drivers - Your German language skills are at least B2 level - You have a valid driver's license in Germany, class B - You are able to work mostly onsite from Via's service depots in Berlin **What We Offer**: - Joining a global employer with over 600 mobility deployments in 35+ countries - Becoming part of a company that was awarded for its commitment to social good - A Macbook as work laptop for Ein Firmen-Macbook, to enable you to have a smooth working day - Membership at Urban Sports Club - 30 vacation days a year - An international team, who stands for social impact We’re Via, and we build technology that changes the way the world moves.
