We are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** in Berlin to support our car-sharing fleet and daily operations. It's an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe's transportation unicorn.

**Your daily adventures will include**:

- **Coordinate -** Coordinate Bolt Drive operations in Berlin.
- **Administer**:

- Parking fines, damage reports, assist Customer Support in communication.
- **Report**:

- create reports tracking all interactions you have dealt with.
- **Delegate tasks** - you will delegate tasks appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field as well as external suppliers (washing, vehicle relocation).
- **Track task progress and completion**:

- you will ensure you have a clear overview of the status of the tasks each of our Vehicle Specialists are performing. Ensure cars are parked in legal parking areas and relocated as soon as possible if necessary.
- **Create and optimize processes **- efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run carsharing operations.

**We are looking for**:

- Excellent communication in **English and German**.
- Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
- Be energetic and a problem solver.
- Take responsibility for your work but be able to delegate tasks.

- A team player who is conscious about his/her methods of communication and both his/her own and the team's performance.
