**Junior Product Designer**

**Our story**

We're looking for a Product Success Manager who can bridge the gap between business and product and can spot the problem statement in any proposed solution

**All about the role**

As a Product Designer within the Customer pillar, you'll be part of a UX team looking after the apps and websites our customers use to order their food globally.

You'll work with an empowered cross functional team that prioritises using research and data to help understand the problem space, before moving through the design process to deliver engaging and user-friendly solutions.

We want to discover what our users will love as soon as we can. We like to explore user problems in-depth and we like to speak with users regularly, to explore what we are working on and help us understand their needs.

You'll be part of a passionate UX team of 80+ UX designers, UI designers, product designers, service designers, researchers and writers across 7 countries - benefiting from input and guidance from senior members of the team.

We'll provide you with the support and opportunities to quickly grow professionally - and we expect you to bring a hunger to broaden your knowledge, by learning new techniques and skills, as well as having passion and drive to have a positive impact on the lives of our users through design.

**As part of this varied role, we're counting on you to**:

- Focus on key user problems and come up with innovative solutions to those problems.
- Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, user journeys, wireframes, visual design mock-ups and prototypes as needed to effectively conceptualise and communicate detailed interaction behaviours
- Work across the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery; creating documentation, wireframes, hi
- & lo-fi prototypes and pixel perfect UI.
- Collaborate with engineering & product management to build experiences and present your work to stakeholders
- Collaborate on research alongside UX researchers, and conduct usability studies.

**Here's what we're looking for from you**:

- This role would be a good match for a recent graduate from a digital design programme, or someone looking to build on their recent experience designing digital products.
- Practical experience designing digital products - that can be through a past role, work placement, personal projects, or freelance work
- Ability to create rapid prototypes of varying fidelity to prove or disprove your hypothesis, and that creatively solve the problems our users have
- Solid understanding of UX principles and design fundamentals
- Comfortable presenting to other Designers, Product Managers & Engineers both verbally and in writing.
