**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** User Research**:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use findings to inform design decisions and product development.
- ** Design Thinking**:

- ** Wireframing & Prototyping**:
Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and guide development.
- ** Usability Testing**:
Plan and execute usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into design iterations.
- ** Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
- ** Design Systems**:
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- ** Mentorship**:
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work.
- Experience in complex B2B products or environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience in working on complex software or digital products, preferably in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Bonus skill is previous experience with AI-based products or platforms
