Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist (M/F/d) to join our tax team, in particular in the areas of tax planning and corporate structuring.

**Responsibilities**:
Tax support during the transaction process (e.g. acquisition, divestment, corporate restructuring, development of new markets)

Contribute to the creation, implementation and management of fiscally feasible structures

Cooperation with and coordination of external service providers in the areas of tax, law and auditing

Developing and advising on tax solutions for the other departments (Accounting, Legal, Finance, Leasing and Asset Management)

Carrying out tax risk analyses and identifying tax risks

Participation in the implementation of new tax procedures and guidelines in the company

Monitoring of German and international legislative changes

**Requirements**:
Experience
- at least 3 years of relevant professional experience preferably in an international legal/tax consulting firm
- Experience with real estate related tax advice

Education
- Education in the field of finance/taxes

Languages
- Fluent German and English is a must, other languages are welcome

Other Relevant Skills
- Understanding of German and international tax law
- Ability to see the wider context of assigned responsibility
