As a Tax Specialist at AMBOSS, you won't just fill in tax forms — you'll help to define structures, propose improvements, and actively contribute to our global tax approach. You'll have ownership, and will be able to collaborate with talented colleagues across teams gaining hands-on exposure to a wide range of international tax topics.

What you'll do

• Expand your tax knowledge: Conduct in-depth research on international tax topics and provide insights that shape our global decisions.

• Drive tax process improvements: Build best practices and help us modernize and simplify how we work.

• Oversee international tax registrations: Stay ahead of new obligations and manage registration initiatives in all of our current and future locations.

• Support financial reporting: Provide precise inputs for financial statements and craft insightful reports.

• Collaborate with external partners: Serve as the main contact for advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.

What you bring:

• First experience (eg: Internships/ Working Student/ early-career professionals) in tax, accounting, or finance (corporate or advisory).

• A research-driven mindset and curiosity for exploring complex tax topics.

• Strong analytical skills and fluency with spreadsheets.

• The ability to communicate clearly, turning technical insights into actionable advice.

• A reliable, organized working style — you know how to juggle priorities.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• German at least B1/B2 is a plus
