Tasks

→ We want you to proactively suggest potential product improvements
- You prepare designs to be ready to be implemented
- You are part of our product and development team and will be responsible for the design and user experience of our marketing platform
- You advise the product team on further product development and optimization
- You develop design concepts based on requirements, your own experiences and data
- You have the ownership of all user experience topics from idea to final concept

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design for mobile and web
- You are proficient with visual design programs such as Figma and Photoshop
- You have great experience creating user flows, wireframes interaction design and prototyping
- You know how to work in agile environments
- You are interested in A/B testing designs to validate the approach with quantitative data
- Team player with empathy, excellent social skills and the willingness to collaborate with others
- German language skills are a plus but not mandatory
