**Your mission**:
As a UX Working Student in our Hamburg office, you will support the improvement of the UX of our web shop products, learning to consider various stakeholder perspectives. Working closely with other UX designers and product owners, you will contribute to projects within a Lean UX mindset and gain experience in UX processes that support efficient interdisciplinary collaboration. You will assist in developing interaction concepts that reflect user needs, focusing on simplicity and contributing to product value.
- You support the UX Managers to develop user-friendly interaction concepts for our web shop products.
- You assist in the conception and execution of design sprints and user tests.
- You collect, structure, and prepare customer feedback for further processing.
- Support in conducting user research and gather internal feedback, create user journeys, workflows, and interaction concepts.
- Work closely with product owners, UI designers, UX writers, and developers to implement interaction concepts effectively.

**Your profile**:

- You are highly reliable, open-minded, and have an independent, structured approach to work.
- You are eager to learn and adapt quickly.
- You are a late-stage student seeking practical experience and can dedicate 20+ hours/week.
- Strong communication skills in English.
