**Your Position***:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Writer who will produce a high-quality technical documentation and contribute to the EMnify’s brand. This is your chance to grow our business improve our product. The position is based in Wurzburg/Berlin and involves some travel.

**What You’ll Be Doing***:
A Technical Writer produces high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will collaborate with developers, product managers and the marketing department and help our marketing material be easier for our clients and end-users to understand.
- Write and maintain technical internal and external documents
- Write and maintain product and technical concept descriptions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical terminology
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of our product’s functionalities
- Analyse existing and potential content and suggest improvements
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Work closely with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

**What Experience and Skills You Need**
***:

- Bachelor degree or more in engineering, computer science or similar field
- +2 years’ experience in technical writing or product documentation
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and or graphics
- Good understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Telecoms, and/or M2M/IoT domains
