**About the Role**:
As a Technical Writer, you’ll bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users. By collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers, you’ll craft clear, concise documentation that standardizes processes and improves cross-departmental alignment. This is a pivotal role in enhancing both internal and external understanding of our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write and maintain user-friendly how-to helpdesk articles.
- Develop API and integrations documentation.
- Standardize documentation across departments to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and clarify technical information.
- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong B2B writing skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise content.
- Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, or similar is a plus.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week with flexibility for growth.
