Would you like to gain practical experience in the field of Controlling? We are looking for a motivated
- **Controlling Intern (M/F/d)** for the
- **Shared Service Center** at
- **KWS Berlin GmbH** in
- **Berlin**, to support us with process improvements and automation solutions related to the activities for closing, forecasting and planning in the Controlling function. The position is full-time and limited to an initial period of 3 months, with a possibility of extension up to six months.- If you enjoy supporting the controlling function and finding out about the challenges from a process and technical perspective in a dynamic and international company, then you’ve come to the right place**Your tasks**:

- Supporting the transactional activities for monthly, quarterly as well as the annual closing processes of operational controlling topics such as functional cost controlling, investment controlling, etc.
- Supporting the transactional activities for forecasting and planning such as functional cost planning, investment planning, Sales & COGS planning
- Gathering knowledge about expert roles within the team for a core process and/or systems.
- Possibly further development of existing Excel and BI tools

**Your profile**:

- Successful completion of Bachelor studies or ongoing Master studies in the field of economics or business informatics
- Work/internship experience in controlling in a medium-sized or large company desirable
- Very good understanding of processes in controlling and accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, first work experience with SAP R/3
- Strong analytical skill and high affinity for IT
- Good knowledge of BI-based controlling tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Query, VBA)
- English fluency; German knowledge would be a plus
- Result-oriented mindset and independent working style accompanied by own initiative
- Strong communication skills, ability to cooperate and work in a team of international composition
