We design, manufacture, and market cutting-edge e-bike drive systems and complete electric cargo bikes, combining engineering excellence with outstanding product reliability

Responsibilities:

- Providing telephone and written customer support and processing inquiries
- Supporting the order management process
- Creating new customer profiles and maintaining customer master data
- General administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:

- You are currently enrolled as a student (M/F/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Languages and Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A reliable, structured, and self-driven working style
- Strong team spirit, openness, and motivation to contribute to shared success
