**Your mission**

As we continue to build out our product capabilities and our wider Product/Design/Engineering Team, the Head of Product will play a major role in NeoTaste’s journey.

As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for:

- Executing on our product vision and new features, setting strategic (product) goals, and ensuring that we deliver market leading restaurant discovery products.
- As a marketplace product, you will focus not only on the consumer / user side but also take our B2B / partner side into account and build quality tools and features for both audiences on mobile and web.
- Leading the Product Team including design, user research and product data areas, ensuring productive collaboration as well as engagement and quality output from each individual.
- Owning and leading key product and business metrics like subscriber growth, engagement & retention, and prioritise the team’s work together with our co-founder and our Head of Engineering towards solving those challenges and increasing important product and user metrics.
- Championing a culture of discovery and experimentation by ensuring that we build the right things to drive subscriber and partner success with a high quality user experience.
- Scaling our systems, processes and practices to enable a high product development velocity and release quality alike.

**Your profile**
- ** Product management expertise**: You bring deep experience in B2C product management, preferably in mobile app development for marketplace products. Plus points for building products in the restaurant or hospitalilty space.
- ** Shipping & release mindset**: As a proven product leader, you have a track record in successfully launching impactful products and features or have been involved in driving major product improvements, from scratch.
- ** Leadership and people management**: You are a natural leader and thrive in leading cross-functional teams of not only Product Managers but also Product Designers, User Researchers, Data Analysts or the like.
- ** Analytical mindset**: Your data-driven mindset and analytical skills help you to make product decisions. You can’t live without using analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- ** Communication & enthusiasm**: Through your clear and concise communication skills, you are able to effectively articulate the product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to a diverse set of stakeholders.
- ** Collaboration skills**: You have a natural ability to bring everyone on the same page and work towards a shared goal. By fostering close collaboration, you excite people about the product’s future.
- ** Understanding of your audience**: You are experienced in user research techniques, with deep understanding of processes and tools to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.
