**Your new role**: - You are the disciplinary & technical leader of the team Platform Services, also known internally as the “Cloud Team”, composed of Cloud Platform Engineers - You own, maintain and most importantly also implement the Cloud Target Operating Model including processes, methodologies and other aspects - You work close with external stakeholders of the Team, such as IT Security, Information Security or Governance & Compliance - You are responsible for recruiting in the team, you ensure regular training based on the teams needs, provide support in priorities and make decisions were required **Your strenghts**: - You have a minimum of 2 years experience in leading IT teams composed of System, Platform, Linux or Cloud Engineers - You have a minimum of 5 years experience working in and with Infrastructure-, Platform-, Linux and / or Cloud Teams - You have made experience using AWS, Azure or other Cloud Platform services and are willing to focus more on AWS (trainings will be provided) - You understand the principles of Cloud Computing, specifically IaaS & PaaS - You know what Infrastructure as Code is and how it affects the day-to-day life of the Cloud Team and you evangelize for a high level of automation - You are a self-driven, goal-oriented personality that likes to move things forward and get them done - You speak fluent English, but are also interested and willing to learn German, in case you cannot yet **Your new workplace**: **Place to be**: You are part of our IT Team at Allane SE and based in the greater Munich area. **Never stop growing**: We value innovative spirit, creativity and commitment and provide you with excellent career and further training opportunities (e.g. Go Fluent, specialist trainings and our e-learning tool with over 5000 online courses). **Better together**: Your colleagues are dynamic and motivated.
