**About the role**: We’re looking for a **Head of Global Influencer Marketing** to build and drive a performance-focused influencer strategy that boosts growth and revenue. You’ll optimize partnerships for measurable ROI, scale global campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, and lead a team of 4-6 specialists. Working closely with other Marketing and E-commerce teams, you’ll maximize the impact of our influencer initiatives.

**What you will do**:

- **Develop and Execute Strategy**: Create and implement a global influencer marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 influencer marketing specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- ** Performance Optimization**: Shape the global influencer strategy, defining best practices and a framework to empower E-Commerce teams in driving measurable results across markets.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and implement strategies for optimization and scaling
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader performance marketing initiatives.

**Who we are looking for**:

- ** Experience**: 8+ years in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- ** Performance Focus**: Proven track record of driving measurable growth through influencer partnerships.
- ** Team Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- ** Communication**: Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
