For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Customer Order Specialist (M/F/d)**
Your new job includes
- You are the interface between the sales department, supplier order management and logistics and are the contact person for a customer base. As a team member in the Customer Order Management department you- are responsible for the on-time order processing in the area of Eastern Europe and Central Asia
- coordinate and monitor deadlines to ensure smooth delivery and communicate independently with our international customers both in writing and by telephone
- process complaints on your own responsibility
- maintain close contact/exchange with customers and specialist departments for joint planning of work processes
- drive forward the CRM connection of our customers
- take on project and special tasks within the scope of order processing
What you should bring along
- a commercial education as well as experience in order processing, ideally in an international environment.
- very good knowledge of German and Russian as well as good written and spoken English, and a strong service orientation for working with our customers and partners
- good MS Office skills and ideally experience with the SAP enterprise resource planning system
- enthusiasm, strong communication skills and team spirit for working with your colleagues
- proactive, independent action and a precise way of working
