For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting - limited for 2 years - a**Customer Order Specialist (M/F/d)**
Your new job includes
- As the Customer Order Specialist you will be the interface between the Sales Department, Supplier Order Management and Logistics and will be the contact person for a permanent customer base. As a team member in the Customer Order Management department, you will- be responsible for the on-time order processing of our customers in the area of Western Europe and Africa
- coordinate and monitor delivery dates
- support your colleagues in case of high order volumes
- take part in technical meetings and be responsible for the result protocols
- take over project and special tasks within the scope of order processing
What you should bring along
- a commercial education as well as experience in order processing, ideally in an international environment
- very good German and English skills as well as a strong service orientation for working with our customers and partners from all over the world
- good MS Office skills and ideally experience with the SAP enterprise resource planning system
- enthusiasm, strong communication skills and team spirit for working with your colleagues
- proactive, independent action and a precise way of working
