We are seeking an **Agricultural Scientist (M/F/d)** for **Seed Production and Quality Control** BU **Sugarbeet** to strengthen our expert team as soon as possible. In this role, you will manage seed production processes and contribute to international research projects.
This permanent, full-time position is based at our headquarters in **Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany)**.

**Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility**:

- Planning and coordination of production processes in an international team
- Disposition of seeds based on extensive quality characteristics with own responsibility for specific markets
- Processing of international customer orders, coordination of seed availability and delivery dates with Sales and Portfolio Management
- Participation in international research projects on seed quality
- Preparation of presentations, reports and statistics on production and quality control

***Your profile - competence meets personality**:

- Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Biology, Horticulture, or a similar field
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Prior knowledge or experience in the seed industry is an advantage.
- Reliable, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Business-fluent English (oral and written) and good German language skills
