**Working Student/ Intern** **at Operational-/NFR-Risk Management Team (m/w/d)**

As an intern / working student in Risk Management Department, you will support our team in efficient management of Non-Financial Risks (NFR) to reduce potential exposure - and thus generate added value for our stakeholders.
- Support: As part of your job, you will assist in the development and implementation of new projects in the area of NFR management.
- Analysis: You will carry out analysis together with our team to identify, measure and monitor NFRs (e.g. risk related to outsourcing, compliance, IT, etc.).
- Further development: You will be involved in the further development of NFR-Framework and other compelling projects (e.g. integrating new branches to the group structure).
- Creativity: You will support our team in creating reports and in on-going development of the existing tools.
- Knowledge transfer: Through your work, you will gain comprehensive insights into the risk management of NFR and become a part of an expert team.

**Qualification**
- Students in one of the following areas with excellent results: economics, finance, risk management, mathematics, computer science, or natural sciences.
- Interest in risk Management by financial institutions
- Enjoy complex tasks, understanding and interest in risk management and strive for professional development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional level/fluency in German and English
- Proactive Team player with an entrepreneurial and inquisitive mind-set who is able to work independently
