As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as a working student (f/m/d) in the Licensing/Marketing team and drive our business forward. The role is designed to be part-time (20h/week), with the option to work hybrid from our Leipzig headquarters.

**What Will Your Role Be**:
As a working student (M/F/d) in our Licensing department, you will support the Licensing Success Manager in handling business relationships with our license partners.

**What You´ll Do**:

- Supporting the Licensing Success Manager: you will help maintain and expand business relationships with our licensing partners such as Warner Bros, Hasbro, Universal and Sony Pictures.
- Communication: You will be responsible for supporting communication between the Central Marketing team, licensors and external partners to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Creating social media marketing materials: You will develop engaging marketing materials for our social media channels using tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Campaign copy: You'll task our copy team with campaign copy for internal and external social media channels to effectively promote our products.
- Reviewing the publishing process: You will oversee the publishing process of content in the Meta Business Suite and ensure that all materials are delivered on time.

**What You´ll Bring**:

- You are studying in the field of media, marketing, communication or another relevant program
- You ideally have already gained some experience in online marketing or communications
- You have some expierence using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop, knowledge of social media platfroms and tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite) is a plus
- You have great communication skills in German and English
- You are creative and have a good sense for appealing content
- You are are a team player with a proactive way of working
