- Join our dynamic and multicultural team as a
- **Senior Marketing Specialist** (f/m/x)
- (parental leave replacement, approx. 2 years)
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated new team member to develop innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with our Distributors in the whole EMEA region to increase Brand Heat and drive sales conversion in the different markets. As a senior marketing specialist in our team you will work in a multicultural environment with personalities and mentalities from all over the world.**Your impact**
- Design and coordinate marketing tactics with a clear focus on a 360° approach, in line with global brand strategies and local commercial goals and needs to drive sales
- Own and track the marketing plans and budgets of Distribution partners across all Fossil Group brands and work with the different teams and ensure their proper execution
- Develop creative and innovative marketing concepts proactively for different countries in collaboration with your marketing counterparts
- Close collaboration with Key Account Managers, Distribution Partners, Design Department and Regional Marketeers
- Work in a multicultural team together with great distribution partners of different countries with your own focus countries like Turkey, Israel, Serbia, Greece and others
- Identify consumer digital trends and local market trends within the watch and jewelry industry to share with distributors in order to shape strategies

**Who you are**
- Bachelor degree in marketing communications, business management with a clear focus on marketing or commercial education with further training
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing function
- Experience in retail, wholesale & digital marketing tactics beneficial
- Hands-on Mentality with strong communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Curious and procative
- Open minded with the ability to drive things forward and the will to always strive for imporvement
- Fluent in English
