**Posizione**:
La figura ricercata, a diretto di porto del Responsabile d’Area, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Definizione del Cybersecurity Plan, in particolare rispetto al budget, oltre alla redazione del CASE e del CIA;
- Coordinare e supervisionare il team tecnico;
- Gestire e coordinare le attività di Cybersecurity legate ad Hardware e Software, in particolare rispetto alla norma ISO 21434 e al security testing.
- Gestione dei progetti di Cybersecurity in termini di tempi, scope e budget;
- Miglioramento delle attività di Cybersecurity e gestione delle loro criticità;
- Implementazione e diffusione della cultura della Cybersecurity a livello aziendale;
- Supporto negli Audit dell’azienda basandosi su report e analisi dati.

Si precisa che si valutano anche figure middle che si sentono pronte a fare un salto di carriera.

Inoltre, la figura ricercata agirà in un contesto di lavoro internazionale con progetti dedicati a clienti di alto livello nel settore Automotive.

**Requisiti**:
La figura ricercata dovrà avere i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in ambito tecnico-scientifico;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3-4 anni in ambito Automotive;
- Conoscenza del linguaggio C;
- Conoscenza delle schede elettroniche;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’analisi, dell’implementazione e della valutazione dei sistemi embedded;
- Buona conoscenza dei framework di security management, come ISO 27001, ISO 21434 e NIST;
- Buone capacità gestionali, di pianificazione e di risk management.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buone capacità relazionali;
- Buone capacità di problem-solving.

Sono da considerarsi plus:

- Conoscenza del framework AUTOSAR;
- Conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
