Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten suchen wir einen erfahrenen Cybersecurity Manager, der als rechte Hand des Head of IT Security Operations fungiert. Unser Kunde ist ein innovatives Energieunternehmen, das aktiv die Energiewende mitgestaltet und dabei höchste Sicherheitsstandards in komplexen IT- und OT-Landschaften gewährleisten muss. Was solltest du mitbringen? Du bringst Management- und Führungserfahrung in der IT-Security mit, idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund aus der IT-Infrastruktur. Erfahrungen in Application-Security, Netzwerk-Security oder Firewall-Management sind von Vorteil. Du verfügst über starke Kenntnisse in Continuity und IT/OT Security sowie Scripting-Sprachen wie Perl oder Python. Wichtig sind ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Mentoring-Fähigkeiten sowie Stakeholder-Management-Erfahrung. Du hast Interesse an Managementaufgaben und bringst eine EU-Staatsbürgerschaft mit. Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich? Du entwickelst und implementierst Security Governance-Strukturen und überwachst IDS, Applikationen sowie Systeme zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen. Dabei verbesserst und automatisierst du bestehende Vulnerability Management Systeme und treibst technische Verbesserungen in den Bereichen Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing und SIEM voran. Du kommunizierst Sicherheitsrisiken an Stakeholder, empfiehlst geeignete Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und formulierst Security-Requirements für neue Applikationen wie SAP oder Workday. Zusätzlich koordinierst du IT-Security-Projekte und arbeitest eng mit dem Cybersecurity Specialist zusammen. Was dir geboten wird?
