**What we are looking for**

**We are seeking an individual for trading E.ON’s Retail Position flow and further proprietary trading activities.**
- Manage power and gas supply portfolio to the market, and taking price views on large position flow
- Support Lead Flow Trader in managing hedge and proprietary activities
- Develop Trading Strategies together with Prop Traders and Trading Analysts
- Discuss positions, exposures and market opportunities to maximise group value
- Manage and optimize risk exposure, ensuring adherence to the risk management framework Understand trading opportunities and turn ideas into solid and profitable commercial actions

**Who we are seeking**
- University degree or equivalent with a significant mathematical content and / or in Engineering or Economics
- Multi-year trading and position taking experience with book and PnL responsibility
- PnL references and ideally experience in Power & Gas Trading
- Expertise in European energy markets and in-depth knowledge of cross commodity interaction
- Experience in developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies
- Coding language skills such as Python, VBA or similar are essential
- Commercial thinking and high level of commitment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
