REPUBLIK is empowering content creators through a blockchain-powered self-sustaining virtual economy that is built into a social content platform.

What this means in practice is that Republik enables content creators to offer various experiences such as Contests, P2P Live Streaming, Pay-to-Chat, Pay-to-View, Phygital Storefront, Private/Public Concerts with DRM, etc. through the powerful creator tools we offer them on a single platform; no more switching between tools. Every content creator will finally have control over their income through blockchain primitives such as smart-contracts, tokens, & tokenization, without losing out the earning potential which they have historically had through centralised platforms such as Instagram, TikTok etc.

We are a dynamic startup based out of Berlin and Singapore. From our Tech Hub in Berlin, we are building an outstanding product & engineering team to help realise this vision and we would like for you to join us in this journey.

**You at RepubliK**:
As a product professional, you’ll be owning one or more of the product’s key verticals such as Search & Discovery, Phygital Storefront, Blockchain Primitives etc.
- You will be part of a core seasoned team of product designers (product owner(s) & UI/UX designer(s)), who love to craft a meaningful product for their customers.
- You will discover new product opportunities to make the platform seamless while ensuring legal compliance and support in building product strategies
- You will realise your hypothesis with a small and highly experienced cross-functional agile team which employs SCRUM methodology.
- You will gather & process requirements from users & stakeholders so as to conceptualise & hypothesise system designs & specifications, create user journeys & flows, and analyse & optimise customer-facing features while keeping testability, analytics, & feedback in mind.
- You will own the whole development cycle & success of specific features in the product.
- You will encourage discussions and decision making within your team by balancing customer impact and product quality.
- You will foster a culture of transparency and communication as well as a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

**Your Skills**
- Extensive experience in product management, ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience from a company with a leading digital experience in the space of B2C products; bonus points if the product dealt in social media vertical
- Experience leading a product management team is desirable and the ability to inspire and further grow the team members
- A strong customer-centric approach and relevant experience with customer-facing products
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a passion to drive this topic forward
- Business sense as well as technical understanding to bridge the gap between both worlds
- Strong understanding of the importance of data and the ability to back your decisions with data
- Exceptional capabilities in analytical thinking, prioritisation of tasks and a structured way of working
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and professional working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in management tools such as JIRA, and Clickup
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Figma, Miro, and Framer
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as GA4, GTM, and Amplitude
- Proficiency in store management of AppStore, and PlayStore
