**Creating more visibility for sustainability by using content**:
**Your job**:

- Manage and update the company's intranet content
- Conduct research on sustainability topics and create reports to present to the team
- Collaborate with the Sustainability team to calculate the company's CO2 emissions and help reducing our carbon footprint
- Assist in the creation of the company's sustainability strategy
- Plan sustainable team-building activities that align with our sustainability goals
- Keep up to date with new sustainability trends and incorporate them into our strategies
- Provide support to the HR team for sustainability-related employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in assessment of the company CSR profile on partner platforms (Ecovadis, Integrity next etc.)

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Marketing or Communication or International Management
- Strong interest in sustainability and CSR
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Sharepoint Sites etc.)
