- In your job as a working student, you will support the Heraeus process organisation in the establishment and further development of a group-wide process management system.
- You will accompany the creation of workflows as a digitalisation tool in tools such as Signavio or Microsoft PowerApps.
- You will also work with the team to expand the uniform documentation standard in BPMN 2.0 format.
- The independent monitoring of subtasks in our internal projects from process definition to process optimisation also falls within your area of responsibility.
- You will independently train employees in the BPM documentation methodology and in the operational use of the BPM IT system and will be the contact person for the departments.
- You will also be actively involved in the regular process modelling and revision of existing process models in close coordination with the departments.
- You can expect remuneration according to the currently valid collective agreement of the chemical industry.

**Your profile**:

- Advanced degree in a business, technical or comparable field of study.
- Ideally, experience in working with a business process management system (BPM system - system-oriented approach)
- Knowledge of the programming languages javascript and python as well as basic knowledge of API interfaces for extracting data
- Very good English skills and high IT affinity
- Independent and structured way of working with a willingness to take on varied and diverse challenges
- Analytical and conceptual approach when working on assigned tasks
- You are no stranger to terms such as strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- A valid certificate of study for the entire period of employment
