As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer projects, ensuring seamless administration, and delivering top-notch service to our clients. **Your key responsibilities**:
- Handle customer project administration: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests.
- Create and maintain new product introductions and discontinuation information in SAP.
- Manage all commercial data (MDM requests, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, products submitted etc.)
- Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions and take care of day-to-day client requests.
- File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Conduct sales analyses and prepare detailed reports.

**You bring**:
- Prior experience as a Commercial Assistant or in a similar role.
- In depth knowledge and usage of sales processes, workflows and industry standards.
- Solid understanding the business and of the sales mission and roles
- Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with clients, primarily in back-office functions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with rigor and precision.
- Fluency in English and German
