Rfp & Presentation Associate (F/m/d)

**The role**:
Reporting to the Senior Proposals Manager, the position will be based in either Munich, Frankfurt, Paris, London or Madrid. Their primary role will be to update and manage the content within RFPs and presentations for our global third party promotions. Under the guidance of the Senior Proposals Manager, who is based in Madrid, the incumbent will work alongside other members of the Marketing & Communications team, the local third party teams and the real estate specialists to interpret proposals content for individual client mandates using the library of content as a basis. This will include working with our peers at PIMCO. They will be involved in supporting the Senior Proposals Manager with regular content library updates and ensuring they have the necessary approvals and then structuring that library of slides, data and written content into client proposals.

The business language is English. Strong PowerPoint, written and numeric skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines is key for this role’s success. Experience in promoting investments to institutional buyers is advantageous alongside the ability to interpret market data. Knowledge of real estate equity and debt is advantageous as this role could be seen as a stepping stone to other positions in this growing business.

**Area of focus**:

- Proposals: This will be the incumbent's main responsibility and they will work closely with the Senior Proposals Manager and the local third party and investment specialists to tailor RFP and presentation materials for individual client and product promotions. They will also be involved in updating the library of promotional content and ensuring that it is approved as required. A high standard of PowerPoint and written English is necessary for this role.
- Corporate presentations: They will work with senior management throughout the business to develop presentations and create slides suitable for internal and external audiences.
- Specific projects: They will contribute to specific hub and company projects as required.

**Key requirements/skills/experience**:

- Graduate or three years of experience in financial services or similar environment
- Performance oriented and self-motivated with the capability to interact with key decision makers, also on executive level
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player, keen on working in a dynamic, collaborative and global environment
- High standard of written fluency in English and PowerPoint is required alongside an ability to proof read and appreciation of content and language
