We are recruiting for an office-based

**Associate Medical Operations (f/m/d)**

in a temporary employment in part time for 7-9 months.

**About the position**

The Associate, Medical Operations (f/m/d) supports the Medical Affairs / Medical Operations team in overseeing, coordinating and optimizing medical processes of all medical units while aligning with other local departments (cross-functionally) and with regional/global functions. The Employee is accountable for supporting projects and assisting in daily business of the teams, e.g. compliance relevant documentation, administrative tasks, workshops, process optimization workstreams, other projects as relevant to the medical function and daily business.

**Your responsibilities**
- Support medical team in operational tasks and compliance relevant documentation
- Consolidation of reporting requests
- Support medical activities (congresses and events, global material adaption, center readiness projects etc.)
- End-to-end handling of Sponsoring’s (for educational events)
- Management of external stakeholder engagements including HCP funding requests and cross-boarder engagements
- Support budget tracking, forecast and AOP preparation
- Support contracts for SRA/ IITs as applicable
- Continuous improvement of medically owned SOPs and other procedures incl. deviation handling
- Development, implementation and training on new governance processes
- Support and coordinate internal launch preparation, incl. launch tracker as required

**Who you are**

You like to structure and organize and you like to have the bigger picture. You are used to work across therapeutic areas and in a cross-functional environment. You are driven by the the motivation to challenge the status quo to continuously improve and optimize processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed professional training, ideally natural or life sciences, degree desired
- Min. 2 years of experience, ideally in the medical field or in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experiences in project management
- High degree of learning agility to learn/understand new therapy area
- High communication skills and highly motivated team player
- Must have strong command of the English language in addition to fluency in local market language
