Team Lead Marketing

**What you'll do**:

- You will lead a team of native Marketing specialists across all our markets within a Matrix organization set-up.
- You will be responsible to grow the inbound opportunity pipeline via our Country Marketing channels Social Media, E-Mail, Cooperations, Events and Webinars.
- You ensure to localize highly relevant group campaigns.
- You ensure an effective collaboration with our Demand Generation team and constantly monitor budget allocations.
- You ensure a compelling communication in our Markets.
- You optimize the alignment processes between Country Management, Marketing, Sales Development and Sales in each market.
- You ensure cross-country best-practice sharing and initiate testing scenarios.
- You will work in one of our subsidiaries and/ or remote.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You have several years of professional experience in B2B/ SaaS environment.
- You have already successfully led a larger team.
- You have very good written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a analytical, data-driven Marketeer with a creative mindset.
- You are experienced in organizing events, innovative webinar formats and you are ability to develop innovative Marketing concepts.
- You are business fluent in English, which enables you to communicate confidently with our international teams.
