Company HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary We are looking for a "Global Key User - Sales (f/m/d)" for the "Customer Services" department at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The Customer Services department is responsible for spare parts and repairs for the devices and systems located in Ulm. With a high level of motivation and commitment, you will be centrally involved in the introduction and maintenance of our SAP S / 4HANA system and contribute to the optimisation of sales processes. In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and business units, including the IT department. Your Tasks- Responsibility for the core processes within SAP S / 4 HANA Sales- Analysing requirements in collaboration with internal departments and deriving specific needs- System-related optimisation of workflows and design of our business processes- Developing a cross-company understanding of stream-related and overarching SAP processes (cross-functional)- Ensuring the conformity of the designed processes with the company's organisational and strategic goals- Preparing the conceptualisation of measures and accompanying them through to go-live together with our external and internal partners- Creating and amending appropriate training documents and training local key users and employees on existing and newly introduced functionalities at various locations- Creating technical concepts, developing test cases and supporting user acceptance tests as well as supporting global units in analysing, troubleshooting and deriving potential improvements- Participation in national and international ERP projects- Promoting the continuous improvement and standardisation of SAP processes Willingness to travel between our domestic and foreign locations as required Your Profile- Completed studies in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, business administration or similar- Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, especially in the SD module- Experience in training key users and end users- Comprehensive knowledge of sales order processing processes and their mapping in SAP- Additional knowledge of other SAP modules is advantageous- Strong communication skills and an agile, continuous and persistent working style- Ability to describe and document complex business processes in an understandable way- Good German and English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
