Compliance & Governance Intern, CEO Office

**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a Compliance and Governance Intern, in the CEO Office to join the team in our Berlin location that can commit for six months.

In this internship, the intern will be taking over tasks and supporting the team, gaining knowledge and work experience on governance / compliance in a Fintech.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support the Compliance & Governance team in the CEO Office with the organisation, preparation and action tracking of committee meetings
- Support the creation and update of procedures and processes as well as the access management of an internal system
- Conduct research on ESG requirements in view of upcoming strategic priorities and partner with internal stakeholders
- Gain hands-on experience to work in a fast-paced environment

**What you need to be successful**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant areas
- Ideally, you already gained have work experience (preferably in the area of banking / financial services or consulting)
- You are fluent/native in business-level English as well as German.
