We employ our medical doctors and provide them a 21st century work environment that enables them to deliver the best care. **Your role**: **Your responsibilities**: - Manage a diverse team of Support, IT, DevOps and other engineers - Create project plans and checklists to ensure fast & standardized opening of new locations - Integrate new medical devices into our ecosystem - Manage on-site hardware across several major cities and cloud infrastructure - Create observability and processes to ensure availability and fast responses to incidents - Oversee execution to create high quality sprint deliverables as the scrum master - Shape engineering culture for a cohesive team and engaging work experience - Track performance and create a high functioning and productive team - Hire top talent to fill knowledge gaps on your team **Your profile**: - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field - 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer - 2+ years of experience working as a software engineering manager - Hands-on experience with most of our core technology stack: Java, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Mysql, Elasticsearch, Google Cloud Platform, Tailscale - Proven track record of creating a high functioning engineering team - Highly motivated and ability to bring structure to uncertainty - Ability to go deep with a wide breadth of topics to ensure successful delivery and support of your team **Perks & Benefits**: - Gym: Membership in premium gyms throughout Germany - Education Budget: €1.000/year that you can spend for your professional growth and development.
