**Your responsibilities**
- You develop the smart brand into a loved electric car brand
- You lead and develop the brand’s campaign marketing product owners of smart Europe
- You handle product and brand campaigns with omni-channel branding from A to Z
- You establish a strong, modern, and strategic campaign process. Introducing agile methods where applicable
- You build and maintain relationships with marketing experts in the European markets and collaborate with global marketing
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, PR, and digital marketing with the goal of an outstanding consistency and premium brand experience
- You handle multiple projects simultaneously and steer external partners
- You manage brand budget based on OKRs
- You analyze, learn and share

**What you bring along**
- You have 3+ years of management experience
- You have 8+ years of experience in brand building and campaigning at a brand agency or premium OEM
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/advertising or similar studies
- You have a passion for strong brands and affinity to automotive marketing
- You have experience in project management and agile methods alike
- You are an empathetic and agile leader with great people management skills and experience
- You are a creative mind and a strong communicator
- You have international work experience and are fluent in English
- You have the following personal skills and working approach: quick perception, team-oriented & communicative, reliable, confident
