From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail and FMCG, are looking for a **Sales Assistant **for a premium brand at **Hamburg Airport.**
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
**Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant**:
- Greet customers and determine customer´s wants or needs.
- Maximize store sales by using KPIs through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Assist management in maintaining quality standards on the floor and merchandise presentation.
- Promote the latest collection with a passion and enjoyment for selling and bring a wealth of knowledge from the fashion field and ideally premium sales.
**Requirements of the Sales Assistant**
- At least 2 years of experience in sales in fashion, luxury and retail companies.
- Fluency in German and good level in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
- Attention to detail to meet the needs of the business and provide a professional service
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation and a positive attitude
