**Investment Banking - Associate M&A (m/w/d)**

am Standort München

**IHRE AUFGABE**
- Sie verantworten Projekte und Teilprojekte im Rahmen der Execution von M&A-Projekten
- Verhandlungen mit Mandanten und potenziellen Investoren
- Koordination von Anwälten, Wirtschaftsprüfern und anderen Projektbeteiligten - je nach Informationslage
- Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie in gewissem Umfang Führungsaufgaben und fördern die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der jüngeren Teammitglieder

**IHR PROFIL**
- Sehr gut abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
- 3- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im marktführenden M&A oder Investment Banking-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte analytische, technische und interpersonelle Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Enthusiasmus
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
