Was sind Deine Aufagben

Als Associate arbeitest Du – je nach Staffing-Anforderungen der Projekte – im Team zusammen mit den Senior Kollegen (VP, Director, Managing Director), um unsere Transaktionen effektiv/effizient zu führen und mit den Junior Kollegen (Analysten und Praktikanten) im "daily management" alle Deal Anforderungen auf "Champions League" Niveau zu erledigen.
  • Betreuung von Finanzierungsprojekten im Eigen-, Fremdkapital- bzw. assetbasierten Bereich für bestehende und neue Mandanten
  • Erstellung/Konzeptionierung von Unternehmensbewertungen, Finanzmodellen und Investmentanalysen (alle Bewertungsmethoden)
  • Erstellung/Konzeptionierung von Informationsmemoranden und Unternehmenspräsentationen sowie Management von Datenräumen
  • Eigenständige Interaktion (Conference Calls, Meetings, Workshops) mit Kunden/Unternehmen und Investoren/Käufern sowie anderen Beratern (WPs, Anwälte)
  • Erstellung von Kapitalmarkt-, Branchen- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Monitoring von Sektor- und Kapitalmarkttrends
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Public Relations Maßnahmen für FCF


Was FCF von Dir erwartet
  • Hervorragend abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium in Finance, Economics, Accounting oder Business Administration
  • Mindestens 3+ Jahre praktische, relevante Erfahrungen bei führenden Namen im Investmentbanking, Corporate Finance oder Private Equity Bereich
  • Champions League Skills aller Investment Banking und Corporate Finance Tasks/Tools/Prozesse
  • Aussagekräftige akademische Erfolge, erwiesene Führungsqualitäten und ein hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation und Eigeninitiative, um aus dem Guten immer etwas Besseres bzw. das Beste zu machen
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfertigkeiten, eigenverantwortliches Handeln sowie absolute Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an einem familiären Arbeitsklima
