Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Foil Resistors team We are looking for someone that will serve as the primary communication link between the customers and the VPG Foil business team. This would include customer support through the stages from development to maturity including inquiry, offer, and order processing with the goal to reach/secure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Tasks
- Customer point of contact for all questions with support for guidelines concerning price lists, quotation, part number validation, etc.
- Order (entry and change) primary function with implementation of delivery for product and pricing fully validated
- Coordinates all customer complaints including requests for RMA to replace, as warranted
- Handle RFQ process timely with full supporting documents for review by business and make complete approved offers
- Follow-up on all opportunities and routine reporting with closure
- New material requests coordinated for set-up and implementation for ordering and quoting
- Weekly backlog review of customer business with emphasis on supervision of purchase orders until delivered, including all needed special arrangements
- Communicate critical customer information/requirements to business units
- Daily report customer activities and solicit business and contacts
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts and contact lists
- Coordinate customer request for credits or other disputes

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer facing role
- Fluent German and English language (spoken and written)
- Experience with MS Office products
- Experience with SAP
