Aufgaben

Wenn Du Deine Stärken in der Versicherungsbranche und in der Verknüpfung von Strate-gien, Daten und IT siehst, wirst Du diese bei unserem Klienten entfalten können Sie suchen Dich und Deinen strategischen Weitblick:

- Verantworte Projekte mit hohem strategischem Impact für die Kunden im Versiche-rungssektor im Kontext der digitalen Transformation
- Erarbeite datengetriebene Lösungen und Geschäftsmodelle und berücksichtige in die-sem Zusammenhang die rasanten Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Strategie, Daten und IT
- Gestalte Partnership-Konzepte für den Aufbau und das Management strategisch rele-vanter Technologie-Kooperationen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette, im Hinblick auf InsurTechs und andere technologische Enabler
- Bereite komplexe Sachverhalte leicht verständlich auf, indem Du Lösungskonzepte, Entscheidungsunterlagen und Ergebnispräsentationen für das Top-Management er-stellst, visualisierst und mit den Entscheidungsträgern diskutierst
- Demonstriere Führungsverantwortung in der Linie und in Projekten, für jüngere Kol-leg: innen des Insurance-Sectors und der Capability Units
- Beeinflusse den Erfolg, indem Du den Sektor CxO Agenda durch strategische Dialoge rund um die Kerninnovationen der Branche gestaltest und die Research dazu voran-treibst

Qualifikation
- Mindestens 10 Jahre praktische Erfahrung und Expertise im Bereich Consulting und Insurance, idealerweise mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Akquise sowie in der Pro-gramm-/ Projektleitung von Transformationsvorhaben
- Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Denkweise und solides Fundament der steue-rungsrelevanten KPIs in der Versicherungsindustrie
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der aktuellen Trends und Herausforderungen im Versiche-rungssektor
- Spaß an der Kombination von technologischem Verständnis, strategischer Analyse und Umsetzungsarbeit sowie das Talent, konzeptionell und analytisch zu denken
- Solide Kenntnisse zu datennahen Themen, wie z.B. Datenstrategie, Intelligente Auto-matisierung, Data Science oder ähnlichem
- Herausragender Studienabschluss mit wirtschaftlicher, technischer oder informations-technologischer Ausrichtung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Versicherung
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insb. Power Point und Excel/Datenmanagement
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Fit für eine weltweit führende Strategieberatung
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
