Role: Payroll Support Specialist

Location: Essen, Germany, on-site

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the team with managing inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll.
- Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with employees to address concerns and prevent misunderstandings.
- Take responsibility for managing escalations and promoting a positive work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
- Strong negotiation abilities and high empathy, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
- Customer-oriented mindset, always striving to find optimal solutions.
- Strong logical thinking and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate as part of a dedicated team.
