Excellent, here is your chance: as Project Director Design Systems (f/m/div)*, where you can manage and control the entire project life-cycle for the respective technology platform

In your new role you will:

- Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies
- Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to assure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
- Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
- Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting

You can quickly establish a successful cooperation and you recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the project members. You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and you keep a cool head even if there are multiple projects on your desk.

**You are best equipped for this position if you have**:

- At least 6 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into design/technology packages, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
- Very good experience in project management e.g. leading medium sized projects
- A good sense for intercultural differences
- Preferably a Project Management Certification like IPMA or PMP
- Excellent English communication skills - with German being a plus
