**Associate Solutions Partner (f/m/d) -Siemens Advanta Solutions**
In your new role as an Associate Solution Partner you will develop and sell direct and indirect engagements to customers in Automotive and (Discrete) Manufacturing across Western Europe. You will be working closely with Advanta’s Solution Partner for Commercial industries across EMEA and steer a virtual team across all of Siemens Advanta to identify, qualify, develop and close large opportunities.
You will create and sell value driven solutions that address our customer business problems adopting IOT Solutions & services to help clients transforming their business. Based on your hunting skills you will drive revenue growth leveraging all of Advanta (Consulting, Solutions and Development), DI and DI SW as well as our ecosystem partners.

The range of engagements is wide, ranging from IOT platforms over factory digitization to connected machines, leveraging as well joint engagements with internal and external partners.
**How will you unlock sustainable digital value of our customers?**
- Develop with clients focusing on Automotive and other discrete manufacturing across Western Europe a Digital Transformation roadmap and Solutions addressing CASE-trends in Automotive as well as Industry 4.0, IT/OT conversion, leveraging Advanta’s vertical and horizontal integration capabilities.
- You evaluate industry vertical needs, market, competitive and financial data to derive actionable insights, developing business concepts, models and case for client solution
- You are responsible to create final customer proposal, leading negotiation until project closure.
- Drive workshops facilitation with internal and external stakeholders
- Accountable to drive customer journey, defining Solution scope, setting up project team and onboard external partners to complement Solution
- Create specific value propositions towards our customers while taking Advanta and partner capabilities in consideration as well as the required value selling approach and competitor differentiation.
- In collaboration with Siemens business units and Siemens Operating Companies, you support the development and implementation of new services and solutions for a winning IoT offering
- You think beyond traditional measures of value ($) and develop customer specific value props incl. time, quality and other KPIs

**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- 10+ years of experience in solution sales, systems integration and/or professional services organization preferably at a top tier professional services or solution consulting firm.
- Track record of closing Solution Sales with customers in Automotive / Manufacturing
- Industry expertise in Automotive / Manufacturing and understanding of the customer journey: Anticipating what digital transformation means for our customers and proactively developing solutions together with the partners in the ecosystem.
- Ability to understand and articulate both sides of the medal, i.e. industry challenges and potential business value as well as IIOT architectures and technological solutions
- Ability to present at C-level or board level and also build informal professional networks and relationships across all seniority levels.
- Holistic thinking, negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to develop and sell end-to-end solutions with support of heterogeneous teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive enable you to innovate
- Understanding and experience in consultative projects, cloud solutions and technology stack including IoT architecture, edge devices, IT, OT and AI
- Bridge the gap between the customer need and the technical feasibility
- Familiar with certain business consulting methods, moderation technologies and actual project management methodologies
- Good market knowledge within the IIoT market, technologies and market players
- Holistic understanding how a vertical system integration will meet the horizontal value chain
- Ideally with a master degree in engineering, economics or a similar education
- Fluent in English and other languages adds to the fabric of our team
