Summary We are looking for a “Head of Industrial Participation and Offset (f/m/d)” for the “Industrial Participation & Offset” department at the Taufkirchen or Ulm site as soon as possible. The position includes in particular the management of the HENSOLDT Group Industrial Participation & Offset team, the development and implementation of localization strategies in HENSOLDT export countries, the coordination of offset matters within the HENSOLDT Group as well as the effective management of interfaces with export customers and offset authorities worldwide. Your Tasks- Disciplinary leadership of the HENSOLDT Group Industrial Participation & Offset team- Responsible for the development and implementation of a strategy for industrial participation, localization and offset in HENSOLDT export countries- Develop geographic offset approaches for key customer countries and product strategies to meet the localization and industrialization requirements of international HENSOLDT customers.- Design, negotiate and implement industrial collaborations with partners and suppliers in HENSOLDT export countries- Pro-active and business-oriented management of interfaces with customers and offset authorities in all phases of offset projects- Ensuring a coordinated approach to offset matters within all HENSOLDT units- Management of all documents relevant for the fulfillment of offset obligations that are set up with cooperation partners, customers, suppliers and offset authorities Willingness to travel internationally is required.
