**Then come and join our global team as **Functional Lead (f/m/d) Platform Ownership & Services to keep the entire ServiceNow platform landscape and its interface running and secure with your team.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You are functionally leading a global team of ServiceNow platform experts
- You act as speaker for the group and coordinate actions with the other Group Leads for cross-verticals topics
- You and your team, keep the complete platform landscape and their interfaces up and running and secure
- You ensure platform performance. You lead root cause analysis and hand over to the corresponding Value Streams for implementation. You implement methods and tools to monitor performance
- You create and maintain platform components that are reusable and consumed by the Value Streams and manage capacities of the needed resources
- You create and maintain relevant policies and best practices with the team
- You develop the competencies of the experts in the group and evaluate needed competencies and skills required when onboarding new team members (internal or external)
- You facilitate knowledge exchange between the experts (community management)

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
- You have many years of professional experience with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow
- You have profound experiences in leading diverse groups / teams
- You have already gained extensive experience in the agile environment and have comprehensive knowledge of the SCRUM and SAFe methods

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You already have extensive experience in international and intercultural cooperation. Therefore, you bring along business fluent English skills. German language skills are an advantage
- You have a personal affinity for the digital world and modern cloud-based technology
- You are characterized by strong analytical skills, self-initiative, motivation, and the ability to work in a team
- You communicate confidently at all organizational and work culture levels, demonstrating your ability to assert yourself
