Einleitung

Are you studying human resources management, business administration, business psychology or vocational education and are still looking for a mandatory internship? In the role of Trainee Human Resources (M/F/d), you will actively support our HR department and gain numerous insights into the multifaceted HR work.

Your mission

You support us in our day-to-day business and independently take on smaller tasks along the employee life cycle.
You ensure that our data in our HR software is always up-to-date and support us in digitization processes.
You actively collaborate on contracts, certificates and attestations.
You help with recruiting and enjoy dealing with applicants.
You will be actively involved in current HR projects and thus contribute directly to our success.

**Profile**:
You are currently completing a degree in education, business administration, psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources.
You have a high level of initiative and a willingness to learn.
You are good with people and are empathetic and caring.
You have good MS Office skills.
You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
You have excellent written and oral skills in German and English.
