As a Working student in Human Resources (all genders) you support our understandAI team in important HR topics. You will work on holistic projects which you can choose from and be part of an ambitious, driven and quality focused team.
Above all, you will assist developing & keeping understandAI's most important value - our people

Your Responsibilities
Your work environment is diverse and can cover HR-related topics such as recruitment, personnel development, onboarding, exit management as well as employer branding topics:
Onboarding - You join the onboarding task force, work on action steps for each department and launch the new process
Employer Branding - You work on our external appearance. Doing so, you collaborate with our Marketing team to provide excellent performance on our social media profiles and job fairs

You are working on projects to provide you with long term goals
You help with some HR administrative tasks
You implement new processes to mirror changes happening in understandAI

What you need to be successful
You are a student in a related field and have a certificate of enrollment
You are eager to learn and interested working in a fast-paced environment
You own the ability of strategic thinking, as well as result-orientation and hands-on mentality
You enjoy administrative tasks, high level data quality and show an independent, structured way of working
You have strong communication skills in German and English combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
Ideally, you have experience in this area, which is an advantage, but not mandatory
