**Your daily tasks will include**

️ creating engaging, likeable and well-thought-of job ads, and skillfully managing them across multiple platforms

️ taking charge of the entire recruitment process, from actively sourcing both domestic and international applicants to onboarding the new hires

️ assisting your colleagues with queries regarding labour law, providing them with useful insights and guidance

️ arranging and conducting career fairs and other recruitment events and serving as the company's representative at these events

**These skills will make you succeed in this role**

**️** deep understanding of the IT-applicant market and the ability to identify top talent

**️** 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment and ideally hold a relevant degree

**️** excellent communication skills in **German** and very good proficiency in **English**, both spoken and written

**️** familiarity and experience working with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, etc.

**️** an independent way of working and a high level of intrinsic motivation

**️** willingness to take responsibility and a track record of making confident decisions

**️** desire to work in a team where ideas are valued, and support is provided to one another
