**As an Internal Sales Assistant in our Industrial Business unit you will take care of the**
**following Tasks**:

- Telephone support and regular correspondence with existing customers (small and medium-sized customers)
- Complaint processing
- Monitoring of open items and cooperation in demanding outstanding payments
- Cooperation with production coordination
- Communication with suppliers
- Supporting the sales team in the preparation of forecasts in consultation with the customer
- Support of the sales team in the administrative area
- Coordination and processing of new customer inquiries
- Support of the sales team in the preparation of product-, sales
- and customer meetings
- Participation in internal meetings and preparation of minutes and reports
- General commercial tasks.

- Completed commercial training with practical work experience in order entry, customer service or internal sales
- Systematic and independent way of working. Well organized and pragmatic
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and commitment
- Competent and confident telephone manner and strong customer service orientation
- Good IT skills, MS Office, Google suite, AS400 would be an advantage
- German and English fluent in speech and writing
